3.Monthly salary of 4,500-50000RMB, the overwork will be extra paid as equally as the teachers of the same rank in our College, 70% of monthly salary can be converted into foreign currency. The monthly salary and the remuneration will be paid to Party B on the 20th of each month (subject to postponement in case of weekend).Party A will pay Party B 10 months salary,which would include the winter vacation;
4. A holiday subsidy within the contract is 2,200RMB (not convertible), half of which will be paid at the end of first semester, and the other half at the expiration of the Contract;
5.A furnished apartment with some necessary household appliances an air conditioner (bedroom), a color TV, a telephone (Monthly RMB 100 Yuan (Party B) is supposed to pay the overused except the winter vocation during the in-service), a water heater in the bathroom and lighting; A small kitchen in the apartment with a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric cooker, an electric pan and some table wares. Monthly 150kWh of electricity and 10 ton of water (Party B) is supposed to pay the electricity and water overused;
6.The general medical cost (equivalent to 4% of salary) can be remitted. (Costs of registration, transportation to and from the hospital, dental, care, face-lifts, massage, optometry, hospitalization, non-medical nutritious medicine and home visits by the hospital doctor cannot be remitted);
